Bayzakov Baxtiyor Bayzakovich, O'zbekiston Respublikasi Fanlar Akademiyasi Fizika-Quyosh Fizika instituti katta ilmiy xodimi, 1954 yil 25 fevralda Samarqand viloyatida tug'ilgan. Toshkent Davlat Universitetining fizika fakultetida tahsil oldi va 1977 yilda nazariy fizika mutaxassisligi bo'yicha tamomlagan. O'sha yili u O'zbekiston Respublikasi Fanlar Akademiyasi Fizika-texnika institutiga ishga qabul qilindi. Ish faoliyati davomida muhandis, bosh muhandis, tadqiqotchi va katta ilmiy xodim sifatida ishlagan. 2000 yilda O'zbekiston Milliy Universiteti Fizika fakultetida "04/01/02 - Nazariy fizika" ixtisosligi bo'yicha "Heterojen media va ularning chegaralarida optik yondashuvlarning dinamikasi" mavzusida nomzodlik dissertatsiyasini himoya qilgan. 2003 yil yanvar oyidan boshlab Fizika-texnika institutida Qattiq davlat va yarim o'tkazgichlar nazariyasi laboratoriyasida katta ilmiy xodim bo'lib ishlamoqda. 2013 yilda u o'sha laboratoriyaning boshlig'i lavozimiga tayinlangan.

B. B. Baizakovning ilmiy faoliyati yarim o'tkazgich detektorlarida zaryad tashuvchilar dinamikasini o'rganishdan boshlandi. 1980-1986 yillar mobaynida ushbu mavzuda bir qator maqolalar chop etgan. milliy va xalqaro jurnallarda. 1987-1994 yillar mobaynida quyosh nuri yordamida quyosh nurlaridan foydalanib, materiallarni sintez qilish texnologiyasi va fizikasi, xususan, yuqori o'tkazgichli keramika materiallarini o'rganib chiqdi. Bu sohada ham muhim natijalarga erishdi. Xususan, u quyosh nuriga duch kelgan har xil materiallarga namunadagi harorat maydonini taqsimlashni hisobladi. Nazariy hisob-kitoblarning o'lchov natijalari bilan yaxshi kelishuvi ko'rsatilgan.

Baizakovning 1995 yildan so'ng olib borgan tadqiqot faoliyati Bose-Eynshteyn optik tolalari va kondensatlaridagi chiziqli to'lqinlar nazariyasiga bog'liq. Ushbu sohadagi asosiy ilmiy natijalar quyidagilar:

Turli dispersiyalar va optik tolali bo'lmagan optik tolalar tarqalishining nazariyasi ishlab chiqildi. Optik tolalar parametrlari davriy va tasodifiy bo'lsa, solitonning barqarorligi chegaralari aniqlanadi. Ushbu natijalar optik tolali ma'lumot uzatish tizimlarida (1995-2000 yillar) foydalanish mumkinligi ko'rsatilgan.

Optik qobiq potentsiali ta'sirida Bose - Eynshteyn kondensatida paydo bo'ladigan modda to'lqinlarining alohida solitonlari mavjudligi ko'rsatildi. Kuchli ulanish usulini qo'llash natijasida chiziqli bo'lmagan Schrödinger tenglamasining (2001) diskret versiyasi qo'lga kiritildi.

Ikkita va uch o'lchamli optik naqshlarga joylashtirilgan Bose kondensatida moddaning to'lqinlaridagi barqaror solitonlarning mavjudligi birinchi marta ko'rsatilgan. Bose-Eynshteyn kondensatida modulyatsiyaning beqarorligi jarayoni ushbu solitonlarning paydo bo'lishiga sabab bo'ldi (2002-2003).

Ginzburg-Landau tenglamasini qo'llash orqali dissitativ solitonlar ma'lum bir yo'nalishda doimiy ravishda harakatlanishi va barqaror (2004-2007) turishi mumkinligi ko'rsatilgan.

Bose-Eynshteyn kondensatida modda to'lqinlarining solitonlarini tarqatish hodisasi kondensatning xarakteristik bo'lmaganligi sababli kvant mexanikasida to'lqin paketlarining tarqalishidan (2008-2011) tubdan farq qiladi.

Bb Baizakov - optik soliton fizikasi va Boz-Eynshteyn kondensati bo'yicha yuqori malakali mutaxassis. 2001-2005 va 2006-2007 yillar mobaynida Italiya Salerno Universitetida tadqiqot olib bordi. U milliy va xalqaro ilmiy anjumanlarda ko'p marotaba gaplashdi. Uning etakchi xorijiy jurnallarda chop etilgan 70 dan ortiq maqolalari, shu jumladan (Qavslardagi maqolalar soni) Fizikada. Rev.
