Abdullaev Fathulla Xabibullaevich - O'zbekiston Respublikasi Fanlar akademiyasining Abu Rayhon Beruniy nomidagi Davlat mukofoti, fizika-matematika fanlari doktori, professor, O'zbekiston Respublikasi Fanlar akademiyasining Al-Xorazmiy medali bilan tan olingan. Dunyo taniqli taniqli olimi, professor F.X.Abdullaev notikis fizika sohasidagi ilm-fan rivojiga katta hissa qo'shdi. Optik, lazer fizikasi, kondensatsiyalanadigan modda va ultrabinafsha kvant gazlarida turli xil tizimlarning chiziqli bo'lmagan dinamikasini o'rganish bo'yicha uning ishlari jahon ilmiy jamiyati orasida unga mashhur bo'ldi. U betaraf fizika bo'yicha xalqaro tan olingan ilmiy maktabni yaratdi.

            Abdullaev Fathulla Xabibullaevich 1948 yil 14 yanvarda Toshkent shahrida tug'ilgan. 1964 yilda 82-sonli o'rta maktabni tamomlagan. 1964-1969 yillarda Toshkent davlat universitetining fizika fakultetida o'qigan. 1969-1971 yillarda universitetni tugatgach, qurolli kuchlar safida xizmat qilgan.

1971 yilda O'zbekiston Respublikasi Fanlar akademiyasi Yadro fizikasi instituti aspiranturasiga hamda Yadroviy tadqiqotlar bo'yicha qo'shma ilmiy-tadqiqot institutiga (JINR, Dubna) biriktirilgan. Bu erda u zaif o'zaro ta'sirlar nazariyasini o'rganib chiqadi, xususan, u ley-tipli modellarni polinomiy bo'lmagan Lagrangiyaliklar va mahalliy bo'lmagan shovqinlarni o'rganadi. Bu shuni ko'rsatadiki, bunday o'zaro ta'sirlar cheksiz sonli davlatlar mavjudligiga olib keladi. Keyinchalik, bu tortishish kuartiklassik chegarasini kvant elektrodinamikasini o'rganadi. Gravitatsiyaviy sohada elektronning o'z elektromagnit energiyasiga hissa qo'shadi. Ushbu asarlarning natijalari 1975 yilda O'zbekiston Respublikasi Fanlar akademiyasining qo'shma ilmiy kengashida Fizik-matematika fanlari nomzodi ilmiy darajasini "Polinomiy bo'lmagan Lagranglar bilan zaif o'zaro ta'sirlar nazariyasi" nomzodlik dissertatsiyasini muvaffaqiyatli himoya qilish bo'ldi.

JINRdan qaytgach, F.X. Abdullaev O'zbekiston Respublikasi Fanlar akademiyasi INP, Toshkent davlat universiteti nazariy fizika kafedrasida assistent bo'lib ishlaydi. Shu bilan birga, fizikaning turli sohalarida nonlinear hodisalarga qiziqish paydo bo'ladi.

1977 yilda O'zbekiston Fanlar akademiyasi Termal fizikasi kafedrasida katta ilmiy xodim lavozimiga qabul qilindi. 1983 yilda O'zbekiston Fanlar akademiyasi Fizika va texnologiya kafedrasida to'lqinlanish jarayonlari laboratoriyasini boshqargan.

1985 yilda Nazariy fizika institutining (Kiev) Ilmiy Kengashida "Kondensatsiyalanuvchi ommaviy axborot vositalari ichida solitonlarning nazariyasini ishlab chiqqan" birgina nomoddiy media muhitida solitonlarning dinamikasi mavzusida doktorlik dissertatsiyasini himoya qildi.

1986-1992 yillarda O'zbekiston Respublikasi Fanlar akademiyasi Ilmiy ishlar bo'yicha o'rinbosari, so'ngra Termal fizika kafedrasi mudiri lavozimida ishlagan. Shu yillar mobaynida u uchta monografiya yozdi, ulardan ikkitasi ingliz tiliga tarjima qilindi.

1989 yilda Abdullaev F.X., S.A. Bahromov, S.A. Darmanyan va M.Ya. Mash, "Lazerli nurlanishning materiyaga ta'sir qilishning chiziqli bo'lmagan to'lqinli jarayonlarini o'rganish" asarlari uchun Abu Rayhon Beruniy nomidagi Fan va texnika davlat mukofotiga sazovor bo'ldi.

1990 yilda F.X. Abdullaevga professor unvoni, 1995 yilda esa "O'zbekiston Respublikasida xizmat ko'rsatgan fan arbobi" unvoni berilgan.

1992-1997 yillarda O'zbekiston Respublikasi Oliy attestatsiya komissiyasi fizika ekspertizasi kengashini boshqargan.

            Ilmiy yutuqlarni e'tirof etib, 1995 yilda O'zbekiston Respublikasida xizmat ko'rsatgan fan arbobi unvoniga sazovor bo'ldi. 2003 yilda O'zbekiston Respublikasi Fanlar akademiyasining "Al-Xorazmiy" medali bilan Bose-Eynshteyn kondensati bo'yicha bir qator tadqiqotlar o'tkazildi.

Bu vaqt mobaynida u optika va kondensatsiyalanuvchi ommaviy axborot vositalarida noaniq xolatlarni o'rganish ustida ishlamoqda, xususan, turli tizimlarda solitonlarning dinamikasini o'rganmoqda. Bunday holda stokastik molekulyar kristallar, magnitlar, ferroelektriklar va suyuq kristallardagi solitonlarning evolyutsiyasi batafsil o'rganib chiqilgan. U uzoq Josephfon birikmalarida chiziqli magnit to'lqinlar va oqimlarning betartibligini o'rganadi. Nimatik suyuq kristallarda bir vaqtning o'zida viskoziteye va tashqi maydonga duchor bo'lgan dissipativ nafas beruvchi moddalar mavjudligini ko'rsatadi. Proton va domenlarning devorlarining bog'langan holatini molekulyar zanjirlarda tasavvur qiladi. Korteweg-de Vries, Sin-Gordon va chiziqli bo'lmagan Schrödinger tenglamalari tomonidan tasvirlangan tizimlarni tekshirish davriy perturbatsiyalari bilan, tashqi maydon ta'sirida birlamchi bo'lmagan muhitda paydo bo'ladigan solitonlarning dinamik xaosini taxmin qiladi.

Professor FXning ilmiy faoliyati uchun. Abdullayev fizikaning yangi sohalarini jadal va chuqur rivojlantirish, shuningdek, bir yo'nalishda boshqa usullar bilan ishlab chiqilgan usullarni qo'llash qobiliyati bilan ajralib turadi. U tasodifiy pertürbatsiyalar (Kepler stokastik muammosi) ta'siri ostida markaziy salohiyatdagi zarralar harakati muammosini muvaffaqiyatli hal qiladi va natijalarni tasodifiy parametrlarga ega bo'lgan tolalardagi optik solitonlarning tarqalishiga joriy etadi. Keyinchalik tajriba yo'li bilan amalga oshirilgan soliton ulashtiruvchi nazariyasini yaratadi. Andersonning optik tolalardagi tasodifiy parametrlarga ega bo'lgan joylarini lokalizatsiya qilishning optik analogiyligi mavjudligini taxmin qiladi. Bu ta'sir F. Lederer guruhi tomonidan 2004 yilda (Jena, Germaniya) eksperimental tarzda kuzatilgan.

U davriy va tasodifiy modulyatsiyalangan parametrlarga ega bo'lgan to'lqinlar modulining beqarorligini o'rganadi. Massachusets shtatidagi Massachusets universiteti P. Kevrekidis (2006 yil) bu ta'sirlarni tajribalarda qo'llagan. Optik tolalardagi modulyatsiyaning beqarorligi yangi hududini topadi, bu esa dispersiyaning yuqori darajadagi buyruqlaridir. Bu prognoz 2003 yilda G. Millot guruhining tajribalarida tasdiqlangan (Dijon, Fransiya).

Bir vaqtning o'zida va tasodifiy muhitda solitonlarning dinamikasini o'rganishni davom ettirar ekan, u ishlab chiqilgan usullarni chiziqli optiklarga va Bose - Eynshteyn kondensatini (BEK) qo'llaydi. Shu bilan birga, doğrusal bo'lmagan lifler, optik ızgaralar va birlashtirilib to'lqin usullari uchun yangi fizik modellar taklif etiladi. F.X.Abdullaev bose kondensatini lokalizatsiya qilish usullari nazariyasini davriy potentsialda ishlab chiqadi, bu esa noneterik kondensat ta'sirining Feshbax rezonans dinamikasi tomonidan nazorat qilinadi. Shuningdek, u o'zgaruvchan birlashma sxemasi bilan ikki quduqli potentsialda joylashgan kondensatda noislinar rezonans va xaosni taxmin qiladi. Bundan tashqari, optik qafada joylashtirilgan kondensatda alohida nafas oluvchilarning mavjudligini ko'rsatdilar. Keyinchalik bu nafaschilar M. Ingushio guruhi (Florentsiya, Italiya) ning tajribalarida 2002 yilda aniqlangan. Davom etilayotgan tadqiqotlar chiziqli bo'lmagan optik tizimlar, ferromagnets va Bose kondensatida solitonlarni barqarorlashtirishga katta e'tibor berilmoqda. BEC bo'yicha olib borilgan tadqiqotlarda F.X.Abdullayev materiya to'lqinlari uchun nonlineer Fresnel parchalanish nazariyasini ishlab chiqadi. Bundan tashqari, boshqariladigan doğrusal bo'lmagan tizimlarda modda to'lqinlarining alohida solitonlari dinamikasini o'rganadi. Kondensatda ikki o'lchamli solitonlarning mavjudligi va barqarorligi uchun boshqariladigan dispersiyani aniqladi. Bundan tashqari, atom cho'kish uzunligini asta-sekin o'zgartirib, bir Bose kondensatida soliton zanjiri ishlab chiqarish uchun bir usul taklif etiladi. Optik katakdagi Bose kondensat dinamikasini o'rganish, u birinchi marta qattiq ulanish usulini qo'llashni taklif qiladi va bunday tizimda lokalizatsiyalangan davlatlarning borligini taxmin qiladi. F.X.Abdullayev Ablotits - Ladik tizimidagi dissitativ diskret solitonlar, alohida chiziqli bo'lmagan Schrödinger tenglamasi va Toda zanjirlari, shu jumladan, doğrusal bo'lmagan lattalardagi lokalizatsiya usullari nazariyasini faol rivojlantirmoqda.

Abdullaeva F.X. dunyoning etakchi ilmiy muassasalarida va universitetlarida birgalikda ishlashga taklif qilish. 1987 yildan buyon Avstraliya, Angliya, Germaniya, Braziliya, Gretsiya, Daniya, Italiya, Ispaniya, Malayziya, Portugaliya, AQSh, Finlyandiya, Frantsiya va Yaponiyaning yetakchi ilmiy markazlarida mehmondir.

Abdullaev Fathulla Xabibullaevich yosh olimlar ta'limiga katta e'tibor qaratmoqda. Bu yillar davomida u ilmiy ish va xodimlarning ilmiy faoliyatlarini boshqarish bilan bir qatorda, o'qitishda ham ishtirok etmoqda. Toshkent Davlat Universiteti Fizika fakultetida klassik va kvant mexanikasi kurslari, kvant sohasi nazariyasi, xaotik va noaniq mexanikani o'qiydi. U 12 nafar fan nomzodini tayyorladi, ikkita doktorlik dissertatsiyalari bo'yicha maslahatchi edi. Lineer bo'lmagan fizikada umumjahon e'tirof etilgan ilmiy maktab yaratildi. Uning talabalari O'zbekiston va xorijiy mamlakatlarda samarali mehnat qilmoqdalar va o'zlarini fan sohasidagi taniqli mutaxassislarga aylantirdilar.

Bugungi kunga kelib uning 300 ga yaqin ilmiy ishlari dunyoning etakchi jismoniy jurnallarida chop etilgan. Fizika bo'yicha ma'ruzalar, Optika taraqqiyoti, Zamonaviy fizika xalqaro jurnali kabi ilmiy jurnallarga oid tadqiqotlar, shuningdek, A, B va E, Fizika maktabi, Optika maktublari, Optik aloqa, Amerika Optik Jamiyati jurnali, Fizika jurnali B va boshqalar. Bundan tashqari, ushbu yillarda zamonaviy fizikaning dolzarb masalalari bo'yicha 4 ta monografiya nashr etilgan.

Abdullaev F.X. Toshkentda qator xalqaro ilmiy konferentsiyalarni tashkil etgan. Uning tashabbusi bilan 1990 yilda (Nonlinearity and Disorder) va 2000 yil (Toshkentdagi "Bozordagi noaniqlik": nazariya va ilovalar) xalqaro konferentsiyalar Toshkentda noaniq va xaotik hodisalar yuzasidan o'tkazildi. AQSh, Germaniya, Fransiya, Italiya, Portugaliya, Ispaniya va Braziliyada bo'lib o'tgan 25 ta xalqaro konferentsiyada mehmon bo'lib o'tdi. Ushbu anjumanlarning aksariyatida u tashkiliy qo'mitaning a'zosi edi.

Abdullaev F.X. Ko'p marta u betaraf fizikaning fundamental muammolari bo'yicha tadqiqotlar o'tkazish uchun mahalliy va xalqaro grantlar bilan taqdirlandi. Faqat CRDF, INTAS, ISF, NATO, JSPS kabi xalqaro grantlar o'n barobar ko'p bo'ldi.

Abdullaev F.X. tadqiqotchi, tashkilotchi va o'qituvchining iste'dodini muvaffaqiyatli birlashtiradi. U tug'ma etakchi, u aql-idrok, aniq fikrlash va fikrlash mustaqilligi bilan ajralib turadi. O'zlariga va boshqalarga yuqori talablar do'stlar va hamkasblarga nisbatan do'stona munosabat bilan birlashtirilgan. U hazil va xursandchilikka ega.
