6. Certificates of passing the qualifying examinations (in 2 copies).

7. Extract from the decision of the Academic Council on the approval of the topic and the scientific adviser, the head, a copy of the announcement in the VAK Bulletins

8. The conclusion of the organization where the work is performed (it is made out in the form of an expanded extract from the protocol of the seminar, which is signed by the chairman and the scientific secretary of the seminar, is approved by the head of the organization.)

The protocol specifies where and when the thesis topic was approved, and which issue of the WAC Bulletin was published.

In conclusion, the following positions are reflected:

- the degree of reliability of the results of the conducted studies;

- novelty and practical significance of the results;

- compliance with the topic of the dissertation of the specialty

- completeness of the presentation of the thesis in scientific works published by the applicant.
